Check out the fun we had at our April Pack Meeting!

We had a blast taking apart household items and uncovering their mysteries at our April pack meeting. From toasters to coffee machines, our Scouts dove right in, exploring how these everyday gadgets work.

It was incredible to see their curiosity in action as they examined gears, circuits, and mechanisms. Plus, the teamwork and problem-solving skills on display were truly impressive!

What an incredible Saturday it was at Pack 454's Pinewood Derby! The turnout was truly amazing, and the spirit of sportsmanship and craftsmanship were on full display. 

Congratulations to all the participants for their outstanding efforts! Whether your car zoomed to victory or cruised in style, each scout showcased the true spirit of the Pinewood Derby.

A special shoutout to the parents, leaders, and volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this event possible. Your support and dedication are the driving force behind the success of Pack 454.

Pack 454 proudly walked in Folsom's Veterans Day parade to honor and express gratitude to all our brave veterans. Thank you to everyone who joined us and supported this special day!

It was a beautiful day for a hike! Pack 454 enjoyed the Fall sunshine as we worked as nature detectives identifying trees and looking for signs of wildlife. We found animal tracks, skat, feathers, little critters and even a bald Eagle soaring above us! Thank you to our amazing hiking coordinators for a fun day on Falcon Crest Trail!

Pack454 really outdid themselves with their spooky pumpkin creations last night! It was amazing to see their creativity in action. Kudos to each and every one of them for a job well done! Post a picture below of your Scout's Pumpkin!

We also had some impressive belt loop achievements! It's inspiring to witness our young Scouts working hard and accomplishing so much.

Pack 454’s Fall Family Camping Adventure was a roaring success!
We had an amazing time bonding with our fellow Scouts and families while enjoying the great outdoors. Fishing and Kayaking by the lakeside was a reel-y fun experience, and we even spotted a familiar swap monster! Our Hike through the trails allowed us to connect with nature and take in the fall colors. Outdoor crafts brought out our creativity as we made some nature-inspired creations.
A huge shoutout to all the families who made this trip unforgettable! What a fantastic way to start the ‘23/’24 year of scouting! 

Pack454 raced our hearts out in the Raingutter Regatta with our homemade boats sailing to victory! This year we held our annual Raingutter Ratta at Lake Finnon during Fall Family Camp and it was quite the hit with the scouts!

Pack454 started off the new scouting year with a bang with a welcome back splash bash. We had a watermelon eating contest and a multiple water games to help beat the heat! New Family info was presented and our younger scouts worked to earn their Bobcat Rank
