Our volunteer Leadership Team is made up of qualified and properly trained parents. We are proud of and grateful for our parent volunteers who give their time and talents to lead our Pack to success. In addition to these key roles, all parents play a vitally important role in our pack to help organize and lead scouting activities and events throughout the year.

Unlike some youth activities, Cub Scouts is an activity that you do with your child. You don't have to be an expert to help your Scout's Den leader guide your child's adventures in Cub Scouts. In fact, you can become a Den leader or assistant Den Leader yourself! If you have bigger ambitions to help the whole Pack, we would encourage you to contact the Committee Chair or another leader to express interest in a leadership role for the Pack, even if somebody is already doing the job. Assistants are are always wanted!
If you can't lead at the Den or Pack level, then we ask all parents to #1 help out their Den leaders and #2 help out the Pack in one of the two following ways: A) Become the committee chair for one of our 3 annual events listed below or B) Help out on the committee to plan 2 of our 3 annual events listed below. We send out a survey at the beginning of each Scout year to hear your preferences. Once we know your preferences we add your name to the committee for that event (unless you are already a Den or Pack leader) and the committee chair will contact you when it is time to help plan. There is no minimum required amount of hours, we simply ask that a Cub Scout's parent or guardian do their best to help the committee plan and successfully execute the event. Thanks!
